Ellis Red Lip FOTD & W3LL People Narcissist Foundation applied
It's not often that I sport a red lip, but I do have a few shades that I really like and Ellis Faas Milky Lips L201 is one of them. Here I have taken a little bit and patted it into the lips to get more of a lighter stain finish.
I am also wearing the W3LL People Narcissist foundation (no.5) all over with a little bit under the eyes. I have used some MakeUp Forever HD powder ontop just to give a slightly more matte finish. As you can see there are a few spots still a little visible, but this doesn't bother me so much as overall the finish gives a more naturally even look to the skin, and also rather importantly seems to match better to the neck area without making my face look pale.
Eyes:
Famous by Sue Moxley Trio Eyeshadow - Mocha Latte (the mid shade on inner half, the darker shade on outer half of lid)
Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner - to line upper lash line
Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion* - upper lashes
Chanel Crayon Sourcils - 60 Noir Cendre - a little on brow arch

I really like that red on you, I'm now wondering if I could pull it off :) The shadows look lovely as well and that W3LL People works really well, looks natural.
ReplyDeleteThanks Replica:) I think the Ellis Red is supposed to be universally flattering, it is worth testing out.
ReplyDeleteWow, that EF looks really great on you. What surprise me is how warm it looks, so I guess we all truly can wear it. On me, it is a real blue-blood red! On you, your lips look like juicy sunkissed tomatoes.
ReplyDeleteHi Zuzu's Petals
ReplyDelete*blushes* Thanks!
It's interesting how this works on different tones. I have applied this very lightly so it doesn't look as deep as usual.
